- PEP declaration
Company / legal person
- Certified Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
- Memorandum & Articles of Association or constitution
- Proof of registered and operating address
- Board Resolution authorising account opening and authorised signatories
- KYC for directors, shareholders (≥20%), authorised signatories and beneficial owners
- Business Registration Card / trade licence / operating licence where applicable
- Latest audited financial statements (if >18 months old)
