Individual policyholder

  • Full legal name, date/place of birth and nationality
  • National Identity Card (NIC) or valid passport
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, under 3 months)
  • PEP declaration
  • For life/investment-linked policies: beneficiary details (CDD at payout)

Corporate policyholder

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Card
  • Constitution / MOA / AOA
  • Nature of business and latest financial statements
  • Ownership structure / organisation chart
  • KYC of directors, authorised signatories and beneficial owners (≥20%)
  • Tax Account Number / VAT registration where relevant
