Income evidence
Latest salary slip, 6–12 months bank statements, an employer letter confirming your position and gross salary. Self-employed applicants should provide 2–3 years of audited accounts and MRA tax assessments.
Property documents
A signed preliminary agreement (compromis de vente), a copy of the title deed or land register extract, a valuation report from an approved valuer, and building plans if you are constructing.
Deposit and costs
Budget for stamp duty, notary fees, registration duty and valuation fees. Banks commonly require 10–20% of the property value as your own contribution, plus proof of where the funds come from.
