Individual policyholder
- Full legal name, date/place of birth and nationality
- National Identity Card (NIC) or valid passport
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, under 3 months)
- PEP declaration
- For life/investment-linked policies: beneficiary details (CDD at payout)
Corporate policyholder
- Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration Card
- Constitution / MOA / AOA
- Nature of business and latest financial statements
- Ownership structure / organisation chart
- KYC of directors, authorised signatories and beneficial owners (≥20%)
- Tax Account Number / VAT registration where relevant
