  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, usually under 6 months)
  • Bank reference from recognised bank (often required)
  • Source of funds / source of wealth if high-risk

Corporate / legal person

  • Certificate of Incorporation / good standing
  • Constitution / MOA / AOA
  • Registered and principal place of business
  • Nature of business
  • Ownership and control structure up to beneficial owners
  • KYC of senior management, directors, authorised signatories

Trust / partnership

  • Trust deed / partnership deed
  • Trust name, date and place of registration
  • Indication of assets
  • CDD on settlor, trustee, beneficiaries and protector/enforcer
  • For discretionary trusts: arrangement to obtain beneficiary CDD at distribution
