- Valid passport or National Identity Card (NIC)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, usually under 6 months)
- Bank reference from recognised bank (often required)
- Source of funds / source of wealth if high-risk
Corporate / legal person
- Certificate of Incorporation / good standing
- Constitution / MOA / AOA
- Registered and principal place of business
- Nature of business
- Ownership and control structure up to beneficial owners
- KYC of senior management, directors, authorised signatories
Trust / partnership
- Trust deed / partnership deed
- Trust name, date and place of registration
- Indication of assets
- CDD on settlor, trustee, beneficiaries and protector/enforcer
- For discretionary trusts: arrangement to obtain beneficiary CDD at distribution
